ROTO PUMPS INSTALLED BIOMIX PUMP AT LEADING BIOGAS PLANT IN UK

This is a success story rooted in Roto Pumps’ ability to deliver consistent performance and offer innovative customized solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Roto Pump managed to surpass the existing performance standards of biogas plant by replacing their existing pump with Roto BioMix Pumps’ RMB692 model. Increased efficiency was achieved by increasing the volume and reducing the operational speed of the pump, while retaining the same 30 KW input motor. One of the remarkable features of this success story is that that the installation process of the Roto pump was completed by Roto experts in just 3 days without incurring any extra cost for electrical installation or increased downtime since similar motor size and capacity was retained.

LEADING THROUGH INNOVATION

Reached One More Milestone by Successfully Transferring Marble Slurry

Roto Pumps has developed a niche in overcoming challenges by customizing engineering excellence to optimize our client’s operations. In this process we prove our strength in many critical and unconventional applications. Some of those are exceptionally innovative, many are unique and few are even unimaginable.

This time we customized the Roto PC Pump by adding an inbuilt flushing arrangement and successfully installed it for handling marble slurry in one of the leading marble slurry company at Rajasthan, India. This was a proof of our expertise in marble slurry applications as well. This high capacity Roto pump, delivering 200 m3/hr flow is a first-of-its-kind in India and we hope to install many such pumps in marble slurry applications around the world.

STREAMLINING ENHANCED OIL RECOVERY WITH PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMPS

The process of crude oil extraction is rather a sophisticated one that can be classified into three categories. Primary oil extraction involves the transfer of oil that naturally floats on the surface of the oil well, above the deposits of sludge and sand.

In the secondary extraction, pressurized water is filled in the well. This process creates a displacement in the layers of sand and sludge and forces the crude oil towards the surface of oil well. From here it is transferred to field gathering stations and then further for fractional distillation.

ROTO PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMP WITH SEMI FLEXIBLE HDPE DELIVERY LINE FEEDING MANURE SLUDGE TO SEPARATOR

Roto’s PC pumps are the best suited for customizations in various industries. Here is the perfect and live example of customization for application in agriculture industry. Our pumps are installed in pond with semi flexible HDPE delivery line which makes it capable to be moved across the slurry pond. These pumps are installed for feeding manure sludge into the separator which is 350 meters away from the ponds.

ROTO API 676 PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMP TRANSFERRING HIGHLY VISCOUS & SHEAR SENSITIVE MEDIA IN CLOSED/ OPEN DRAIN OIL VESSELS

Mixture of Produced water, oil and solids are channelized into closed or open drains to avoid harmful effects to the
environment. Due to very low NPSH requirement, variable viscosities and shear sensitivity of the product, conventional
pumps are not suitable.

SEAL-LESS PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMPS SUCESSFULLY INSTALLED 250+ IN LEADING PAINT PRODUCING COMPANIES

Roto Pumps has become synonymous with solving critical pumping challenges of various industries. Over a period of 5
decades, we have proven our excellence in various critical and unconventional pumping applications.

PROVEN PUMP PERFORMANCE IN HANDLING DIFFICULT MEDIUM CONSISTENCY PULP (UP TO 18%)

A paper mill was struggling with maintaining 12% consistency while handling the paper pulp. The pump that was being used kept on breaking down repeatedly. Moreover, the pump was not able to ensure the required Flow owing to the variation in the discharge pressure.

HIGHLY RELIABLE PC PUMPS FOR CLOSED LOOP SCRUBBER SYSTEM ENSURING NEGLIGIBLE SULPHUR EMISSIONS & CONTRIBUTING TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT

Sulphur produced in form of dirty gas from big engines & boiler exhaust is very dangerous for the environment. To reduce sulphur emission, scrubber system is used to remove harmful elements from gases and convert the Sulphur into sulphate (end product from scrubber system) for easy & safe discharge. Also, scrubber remove 60% to 90% of particulate matter (PM), including a portion of small PMs (10 and 2.5 micron, and ultrafine) & it allows vessels to use HFO; a residual fuel with high energy content which is difficult to refine.
